About This Course.

Drop-in sessions are widely available in the Eastern states and are a great creative hub for actors. Heesom Casting are hosting these sessions in an attempt to bring this culture to the actors of Adelaide.

Whether you are new to acting and interested in film, or a professional with a desire to exercise your skills or prepare an audition, our drop-in sessions offer everyone the chance to work in front of the camera guided by an Industry Professional. 

Our aim is to create a nurturing and inspiring space and we deliberately limit our class sizes to create a personalised and dynamic environment. During the session actors will work on a short scene provided by the instructor (unless an Actor has otherwise arranged).  

Our instructor will film and observe, then offer honest feedback and support. Every student is encouraged yet challenged to achieve more.

Explore and embrace your skills in a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere dedicated to working with you and expanding your range as a screen actor. 

We also offer Observers the opportunity to be a part of this unique setting and to gain an insight into what the acting world is like.

Drop-in sessions are held on the first and

third Thursday of each month with our NIDA 

educated Actor & trainer.

If Actors are wishing to work on a script of their own, they must advise of this via email asap & come already paired with a fellow Actor participant.

Note: Drop-In Policy
Actor & Observer payment required at time of booking. Payment is non-refundable if Actor/Observer cancels their position.

In the event that Heesom Casting cancels the session, payment will be held in credit for the Actor/Observer for a future Drop-In.

Drop-ins will only proceed once the minimum Actor threshold has been met.
