Refund Policy &  Important  Information: 

 

 

For anyone doing one of our courses, we understand this is an investment of your time, emotions and finances. We're thrilled to be a part of your journey and your further developement as an Actor! As such we will always work with you to find a solution, should something unexpected happen.
 

 

GENERAL NOTES:

• All students will be put on our Casting Database for consideration on forthcoming movies and tv commercials.

 

• Any Actor, with or without an Agent, is able
  to do any of our courses.

 

• These are not showreel classes and as such we do not provide copies of audition files to students.
   

 

REFUND POLICY:

In the event that you're unable to participate in a course that you've booked, you must notify us as soon as possible. Please note however that the following policies will apply:

If you inform us that you are unable to participate in the course:

• More than 10 working days prior to the course start date, you are able to receive a full refund on all fees paid.

 

• Between 5 and 10 working days prior to the course start date, all fees paid will be held by The Studio for you to use as a credit on a future course at The Studio.

 

• Less than 5 working days prior to the course start date, no refund or credit can be offered.
