Emerging and established Actors - Angela Heesom is back to run another session with Adelaide Actors! And with another busy year of filmmaking slated for this year, it’s essential to get yourself in the room, brush off those cobwebs and back in front of our Casting Directors.

These focused and fun workshops centre on how you, the Actor, can get beyond the page and make your auditions really standout. In small groups we’ll look at various film/tv scripts and expose the performance opportunities you’re missing, but are absolutely vital, in order to deliver a masterful and textured performance that will leave Directors, Producers and Studios always wanting more. 

Angela, recently named by the media as one of the 50 most influential women in SA, runs Heesom Casting alongside her Casting Director daughter Louise. The duo have more than 50 drama casting credits under their belts and 2017 sees them acquiring more.

Film credits include Wolf Creek 2, Dawn (formerly titled TOUCH), The Pack, and the soon to be released Bad Blood. TV Series credits include Deadline Gallipoli, Changed Forever, Anzac Girls, Danger 5 and Sam Fox: Extreme Adventures. She has now also cast well over a hundred TVCs yet none can surpass her casting work on SA Tourism’s ‘Barossa - Be Consumed’ TVC that took the Cannes Festival award for world's best tourism commercial.
